Tashir Group has completed the construction of the first Leroy Merlin store in Arkhangelsk and commissioned the building on October 31.

Tashir Group has launched the active construction stage for the Rozmarin Deluxe premium residential project in southwestern Moscow.

Tashir Group has climbed two spots on the list of Russia’s 200 largest private companies compiled by the Russian edition of Forbes (No. 10(163), 2017). Tashir is currently ranked 34th with a revenue of 195 billion rubles in 2016.

Tashir Group maintained its position among the leaders of commercial real estate in Russia.

On September 14, Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin, together with Tashir Group President Samvel Karapetyanvisited the new state-of-the-art building of the Morozov Hospital.

On August 30, the French DIY retailer Leroy Merlin opened a new hypermarket in Petrozavodsk. Tashir Group was the construction contractor and developer on the project. Karelia Acting Governor Artur Parfenchikov and other government officials attended the opening ceremony.

Tashir Group has closed the deal to purchase the office building of the Izvestia daily and started renovation. A total of $150 million will be invested in the project.

Tashir Group is in the final stages of building Leroy Merlin hypermarkets in Petrozavodsk with a total area of 17,000 m2 and in Arkhangelsk with a total area of 16,976 m2. These will be the first Leroy Merlin hypermarkets to be opened in both cities.

Tashir Group plans to invest some 35 billion roubles into construction of four transport interchanges in Moscow – Seligerskaya, Troparyovo, and Pyatnitskoye Shosse.
