Tashir Group President Samvel Karapetyan has been listed by Forbes in its annual Russia’s 200 Wealthiest Businessmen rankings.

Forbes has included Fora Bank in its list of Russia’s most reliable banks.

The 30th edition of MIPIM, an annual international real estate trade show, kicked off in Cannes, France, on March 12. As Russia’s leading developer, Tashir Group exhibits its current infrastructure projects in Moscow at the event.

Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin visited the construction site of a new perinatal center at Hospital 67 in northwestern Moscow. Tashir Group is the prime contractor on the project.

Fora Bank, which has been part of Tashir Group since 2002, is now listed among Russia’s 100 largest banks. The rankings are prepared by the independent financial website Banki.ru.

Tashir Group has begun the construction of the first phase of Stellar City, a business class residential community in Skolkovo. The complex has a total area of 345 square meters and is located in one of the Moscow Region’s most prestigious and green areas.

In 2018, the Group continued to pursue its strategy towards diversification by expanding the list of core assets, ending the year 2018 with 172 billion roubles in combined revenue in major areas of operations (development, construction, production, energy, finance, etc.).
