Tashir starts construction of Stellar City

Tashir Group has begun the construction of the first phase of Stellar City, a business class residential community in Skolkovo. The complex has a total area of 345 square meters and is located in one of the Moscow Region’s most prestigious and green areas.

By the end of 2021, a total of seven modern residential buildings of 12 to 17 stories will be build on a property of 16 hectares, complete with infrastructure facilities and underground parking. The community will include 3, 463 apartments with different layouts.

Stellar City is conveniently located between the Mozhaiskoye Highway and the Skolkovskoye Highway, close to Moscow’s main ring road MKAD. Education is a special priority for this project: the community will have a school for 792 students and a daycare center for 330 children.
Special attention will be devoted to public spaces within the community, with landscaping, playgrounds, workout areas, walking paths and recreational areas. Also, in an effort to provide necessary infrastructure, the community will offer commercial and office spaces on the ground floors of the buildings.

Tashir Group continues working on a number of residential real estate projects. Late last years, it launched sales in the Onyx complex in southwestern Moscow. The premium complex Ambassador Golf Club, as well as some other projects, are in the final stages.
