This year, Tashir Group was once again ranked among leading commercial real estate owners. The 2018 Kings of Russian Real Estate list put together by Forbes includes both Russian and foreign owners of commercial real estate in Russia.

Tashir Group will build EXPO, a complex of modern exhibition facilities at VDNKh. The work is scheduled to start early in 2018. The group will invest a total of about 27 billion rubles in the project.

Tashir Group has climbed two spots on the list of Russia’s 200 largest private companies compiled by the Russian edition of Forbes (No. 10(163), 2017). Tashir is currently ranked 34th with a revenue of 195 billion rubles in 2016.

Tashir Group has finalized the deal to lease and sell spaces in RIO shopping centers to major anchor tenants. The latest additions to the tenant pool include three Auchan hypermarkets and a Maxi hypermarket.

As part of the 2017 Moscow Urban Forum taking place in the Russian capital on July 6-12, Tashir Group and the International Medical Cluster Foundation presented a project outlining a “hospital of the future” to be built in Skolkovo.

Tashir Group has launched the active phase in building a new premium apartment complex in southwestern Moscow. The total investment in the project will amount to about 2 billion rubles. Construction started in January 2017 and is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2018

Avenue Southwest has won the 2017 Russian Council of Shopping Centers Award in the Current Shopping Center category for medium-sized malls.

Tashir Group continues to diversify its portfolio and launch new projects in     retail and development. On April 15, the group opened a new project, coworking space Atmosfera in southwestern Moscow. Investments in the project amounted to $3 million.
