Tashir to build a new premium apartment complex

Tashir Group has launched the active phase in building a new premium apartment complex in southwestern Moscow. The total investment in the project will amount to about 2 billion rubles. Construction started in January 2017 and is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2018.

Ambassador Golf Club Residence is to be built at 4 Dovzhenko Street, near the Setun River and Poklonnaya Hill. The facility (total area, 16,000 sq.m.) will include 63 apartments (each at least 83 sq.m.). The complex will have an underground parking for 72 cars. As a special feature, there will be five apartments with terraces (total area, 450 sq.m.). These two-level penthouses will occupy the upper floors and will have separate elevator access.
