Tashir Group again ranked among leading developers

This year, Tashir Group was once again ranked among leading commercial real estate owners. The 2018 Kings of Russian Real Estate list put together by Forbes includes both Russian and foreign owners of commercial real estate in Russia.

In 2018, Tashir Group confirmed its status of a top-level player on the real estate market, securing the third line in the rankings. The group netted $650 million in lease revenues in 2017. According to the list, the total area of Tashir’s commercial real estate amounted to 818,300 square meters; office space, 72,400 sq.m.; and warehouse space, 48,000 sq.m., which puts Tashir among Russia’s top commercial real estate owners.

Tashir has been making the list every year since 2007. “The company builds over 500,000 sq.m. a year”, Forbes wrote. The list ranks Russia’s top 30 rentiers.
