Within the framework of a long-term agreement on cooperation between Tashir and the City of Yerevan signed in 2011, the group of companies will be responsible for the entire building of the new Yerevan Circus Cultural Centre in the capital of Armenia. Currently, building works have begun on the basement level on site of the original Yerevan Circus.

Tashir Group announces the launch of a new hotel project. The hotel will form part of the SK Royal chain, and will be the first modern hotel in Tula. The five star business-class hotel, is destined to become a symbol of hotel real estate in the Tula region.

Tashir Group announces the opening of its 20th shopping centre under the RIO banner. The new complex is located in Tambov, with a total area of about 25,000 square metres. Tashir was the single contractor for all stages of project implementation.

February 20th, Sochi: Tashir takes part in constructing infrastructure for the Winter Olympic Games in Sochi-2014. Tashir Group supplied the engineering infrastructure for the reconstructed Sochi marine port and completed construction of the new marine terminal and the Grand Marina that includes an exhibition hall and a shopping arcade.

Forbes magazine has published its annual rating of Russia’s largest commercial real estate owners. Samvel Karapetyan, President of Tashir Group, was ranked second in the list of the most significant rentiers.

Tashir Group will construct a multifunctional complex on the site of one of the most famous stalled construction projects in Moscow - the Aminyevskoye highway sports centre. Tashir's multifunctional complex with a total area of about 125,000 square metres includes retail, office space, and apartments.

The year of 2013 has seen multiple Tashir projects successfully implemented in all areas of its versatile activity, the major ones remaining: construction, development, energy engineering, finances and retail. The total investment amounted to $910 million.

September 24, Stepanakert saw ceremonious commissioning and opening of a new Sarkis and Amalia Karapetyan Republican Medical Centre. The clinic with the GBA of about 10,000 sq m is uniquely designed and constructed, equipped with advanced diagnostic and surgical appliances unsurpassed in the whole of Trans-Caucasus, and will serve all people of Nagorny Karabakh Republic (NKR).

On September 19th, Tashir Group held an opening ceremony for Raikin Plaza Shopping and Entertainment Centre that forms part of the new Raikin Culture, Arts, and Leisure Centre. This amazing, 1960s-themed event attracted over 30,000 people.

The opening ceremony of RIO shopping centre in Leninsky Prospekt will take place on September 14th. Tashir Group is its investor, constructor and consultant. The new shopping centre has become an outlet for 'first runs' from the Russian and international retail industry.
