RBC has listed Tashir Group among Russia’s Top 500 private companies in 2019 with a revenue of 172 billion rubles.

On September 16, Forbes released its annual ranking of Russia’s Top 200 private companies (see Issue #10, 2019). The list includes Tashir Group with a revenue of 172 billion rubles in 2018, which is 4.9% higher than a year earlier.

Capital Finance International (CFI.co), an international financial magazine, has named Electric Networks of Armenia the best energy provider in the Caucasus in 2019.

After a series of discussions with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Tashir Group has made a decision to offer partial (10 dram per 1 kWh) compensation for electricity bills to low-income households with monthly consumption levels under 250 kWh, starting July 1, 2018.

Tashir Group and Armenian Power Grid have presented a $1 billion investment plan in Armenia’s energy market, in partnership with Armenia’s Investors Club in Yerevan on November 13, 2017.

An innovation center created by the Kaskad holding company opened at the National Polytechnic University of Armenia (NPUA) on November 13.

Tashir Group has climbed two spots on the list of Russia’s 200 largest private companies compiled by the Russian edition of Forbes (No. 10(163), 2017). Tashir is currently ranked 34th with a revenue of 195 billion rubles in 2016.

On June 5, Yerevan hosted the opening ceremony of an intellectual centre launched in collaboration with internationally established French company Schneider Electric and the Tashir Group of Companies at the National Polytechnic University of Armenia (NPUA).
