On June 15, in the Luchkino village of the Peremyshlskiy district the official opening ceremony was undertaken of a new cattle-breeding complex at Kaluzhskoye Ltd. The president of Tashir Group Samvel Karapetyan, and Governor of Kaluga Anatoly Artamonov, both attended.

Samvel Karapetyan, the president and founder of Tashir Group topped the ranking of the most influential commercial real estate owners, published in the CRE -100 magazine. The ten most influential persons in commercial real estate also included vice-president of Tashir, Vitaly Efimkin, who took 7th place in the rating.

Tashir Group has opened Dirigible shopping center, part of the residential complex of the same name on Profsoyuznaya Street in Moscow.The shopping center (GBA over 15 K sq m) is a new addition to Dirigible residential complex's infrastructure and will provide its residents with popular products and services.

The RBC magazine has published an annual ranking of the leading Russian developers of 2013. Tashir Group has taken the second place in the ranking exceeding its previous years' revenues by 13%. The total revenue of the Group, according to the results of 2013, amounted to 3.3 billion US dollars, and the real estate portfolio increased by an area of 500 thousand square metres.

Tashir Group announces the opening of its 20th shopping centre under the RIO banner. The new complex is located in Tambov, with a total area of about 25,000 square metres. Tashir was the single contractor for all stages of project implementation.

At the 11th annual Moscow Commercial Real Estate Awards 2014, the RIO shopping centre on Leninsky Prospekt was recognised as the best shopping centre in the 'medium' sized category.

At the XI 'Rating of Russian Shopping Centres 2014' annual gala awards ceremony, Tashir's RIO on Leninsky Prospekt, has been recognised as the best. The awards ceremony took place on April 22, and was attended by over 250 representatives of the leading companies in the field of commercial real estate and retail.

April 23rd saw the opening of REX 2014, the 11th Annual International Trade Show. Tashir Group acts as general partner to the Trade Show.

Tashir Group has launched a new project for the development of a 175,000 square metres shopping centre in the city of Mytishi, in the Moscow region. To-date, Tashir has begun brokerage of the project, with commissioning scheduled for 2015. The total investment will amount to approximately 300 million US dollars.
