The RBC magazine has published an annual ranking of the leading Russian developers of 2013. Tashir Group has taken the second place in the ranking exceeding its previous years' revenues by 13%. The total revenue of the Group, according to the results of 2013, amounted to 3.3 billion US dollars, and the real estate portfolio increased by an area of 500 thousand square metres.
Tashir is one of the few Russian developers that performs the functions of a single contractor for all phases of a real estate project. In 2013, Tashir commissioned 6 new commercial real estate projects, 5 of which are located in Moscow, namely: the RIO shopping centre on Leninsky Prospekt; the Centre of Culture, Arts and Leisure named after A. Raikin; the 'Bukhta' wholesale and retail complex; and the 'Dirizhabl' shopping centre (which forms part of the residential complex of the same name).
The RIO shopping centre in Kostroma, launched at the end of 2013, has become the main regional project in the field of commercial real estate. Steady growth of the real estate portfolio over many years has enabled Tashir Group to occupy the leading position among Russian developers, while the number and scale of new projects will allow Tashir to retain its status as market leader.
