Two objects owned by Tashir Group, RIO Rumyantsevo and Grand Marina shopping gallery, receive prizes at the 13th annual awarding ceremony for leaders of the Russian Council of Shopping Centers’ ranking.

On the 7 of April, after a long restoration, the famous Moscow restaurant Aragvi at 6 Tverskaya St. reopened. The opening ceremony was held under the slogan “The Legend Returns.” The restaurant’s twelve dining halls, each in the style of a different historical period, span 1,800 sq m. The investor, Tashir Group, had spent 20 million dollars on the project overseen by Managing Partner Gor Nakhapetyan.

Tashir Group is set to begin work on another high-profile project—a multifunctional complex in the historical part of Moscow, on Krasnopresnenskaya Quay. Construction of the 93.7K sq m, USD 300 mln object will start in the middle of this summer.

On the 29 of March the closing ceremony of the 2016 Candidates Tournament was held at Moscow’s multifunctional space DI Telegraph. The competition was organized by Agon Limited as part of the World Chess Federation (FIDE) World Championship cycle. Tashir Group was the event’s General Partner.

Saturday, March 19th, Young disabled chess players visited the Candidates Tournament venue in Moscow's DI Telegraph. This was the part of the charity event «Grandmasters for children».

Sergey Sobyanin, Moscow’s mayor, paid a visit to the capital’s latest mall in the south-western part of the city—Avenue South-West, built by Tashir Group.

March 11th,2016 FIDE Candidates Tournament started in Moscow's DI Telegraph, organized by WORLD CHESS by Agon Ltd. Tashir Group is the Tournament's General Partner.

On the 10th of March the opening ceremony and reception for the Candidates Tournament were held at the historical Pashkov House. The tournament is the penultimate part of the challenge cycle for the World Championship of the World Chess Federation (FIDE).

Tashir Group has opened a new, 32nd shopping center in Moscow—Avenue South-West in the corresponding part of the city. Tashir carried out the entire project, investments amounted to USD 300 million.

Tashir Group will once again become General partner of the Moscow Urban Forum. This year the event will be held on June 30th-July 3rd at the Manege and titled “The Age of Megacities: Exploring Global, National and Local Priorities.” Tashir Group will be sponsoring the Forum for the sixth time.
