Tashir Estate launches sales in Stellar City

Tashir Estate has announced the launch of sales in Stellar City, a business class residential community in Skolkovo. The project consists of seven building with a varying number of stories and offers a broad range of layouts with areas from 30.6 to 79.6 square meters. The first building is expected to be commissioned in 2020, and by the middle of 2022 the entire project will be completed. The community’s total area is 19 hectares.

The community is located in western Moscow, close to the Skolkovskoye Highway, the Mozhayskoye Highway and the Moscow Ring Road. A well-developed transport network around Stellar City means that the residents will have quick and convenient access to Moscow’s key infrastructure centers, the downtown and outbound roads. Early in 2020, the Skolkovo station of the Moscow Central Diameters railroad will open in seven minutes on foot from Stellar City.

The community’s internal infrastructure includes stores, coffee shops, pharmacies, health care and entertainment centers. The buildings will have safe yards without cars, and car owners will have access to underground parking. There will be playgrounds for different age groups, a recreational area and a park for walks. Stellar City will have sporting grounds for playing soccer, basketball and volleyball, jogging and bicycle lanes, as well as an open-air workout area.

The project makes a special emphasis on education. The community will have a modern school for 792 students and a daycare center for 330 children. Since the community is located at Skolkovo, the residents will have access to Skolkovo’s educational, business and scientific infrastructure and world-class health care centers. There are major shopping and entertainment centers, gyms and youth centers located within 3 kilometers from Stellar City.

Stellar City is being built in a green area surrounded by the Meshchersky Forest, the Troyekurovsky Forest and the Fili, Suvorovsky and Voroshilovsky Parks. The project uses green construction materials.
