July 5th saw the conclusion of the business program of the Moscow Urban Forum, a key annual event in urban development. For the eighth year, Tashir Group was the forum’s general partner. The title of this year’s business program was “Quality of Life: Projects for a Better City.”
At the forum, Tashir Group presented its current social infrastructure projects in Moscow. At its stand, Tashir exhibited transport hub projects which will provide safe and convenient urban environment for switching between different types of public transport and supply social infrastructure facilities for passengers. Also, Tashir Group presented two more key projects it implements together with the Moscow Government: a high-tech exhibition cluster at VDNKh and a modern hospital at the Moscow Medical Cluster. As far as residential real estate is concerned, Tashir Group presented the Stellar City business class project in Skolkovo with developed social infrastructure, the Bereg Stolitsy complex in Serebryany Bor, the Ambassador Golf Club Residence elite class apartment complex, and the Onyx Deluxe project located close to a large park in southwestern Moscow.
The event was attended by key Russian and international experts in urban development. Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin opened the forum, identified the main concern that currently affects businesses and citizens: the creation of a comfortable urban environment. In Moscow, problems related with ecology, transportation, and stress, accumulate. Caring for the people is what will help the city move forward.
For the second year, the forum takes place at the Zaryadye Park in central Moscow. Forum activities will continue until July 8. As always, these combine different formats: a large-scale city festival, a developer expo, a MUF Awards ceremony, public talks, book signings, film screenings and experimental labs.
