Tashir executives ranked among most influential people in commercial real estate

CRE has published its 2019 rankings of the most influential people on Russia’s commercial real estate market. Based on Tashir Group’s performance in 2018 and early 2019, Tashir President and founder Samvel Karapetyan made it into Top 3 of the most influential commercial real estate owners list. Also, Tashir Group First Vice President Sarkis Karapetyan makes his debut this year, joining Top 5 of the most influential developers list.

CRE 100 has been one of the industry’s key publications since 2008. The rankings were put together by CRE editors and journalists representing leading publications on the commercial real estate market based on companies’ performance in 2018 and early 2019.

Tashir Group’s total revenue in 2018 amounted to 172 billion rubles. As of late 2018/early 2019, Tashir was retaining its leadership position as per the number of commercial real estate assets: the group owns and manages 52 commercial real estate assets, with 12 more assets in the pipeline. The total area of operating facilities is about 2.5 million square meters. These include shopping centers, residential complexes, business centers, hotels, logistic facilities and sports venues.
