Tashir Group has begun construction of a comfort-class aparthotel in downtown Yaroslavl—complete with an infrastructure. Six hotel buildings of varying height and GBA around 43K sq m will be erected along with community objects, and the territory will be landscaped.

According to the design, the aparthotel’s buildings of 7 and 8 floors will have a gated courtyard and a full set of infrastructure: a gas boiler station, guest parking, commercial space for vendors. The project will offer customers a broad range of apartments 54 to 126 sq m in size with floor planning, semi-recessed balconies with stained-glass windows and an elevator to the parking lot. The underground parkade for the two hotel buildings currently under construction (and due in 2017) will accommodate up to 180 vehicles. The remaining four buildings are being designed.

The aparthotel’s unique location in the very middle of Yaroslavl on Kotorosl Quay combines proximity to historical sites and the city’s main traffic routes for convenient access. Also next to the aparthotel is the 1,000-year Anniversary of Yaroslavl park, Kotorosl River’s picturesque bank and the ultra-modern concert hall Millennium.

Tashir Group has been successfully putting real estate on the map of Yaroslavl for over 10 years. It currently manages three shopping centers in the city: two RIO malls (on Tutayevskoye Highway, opened in 2011, and on Moskovskoye Highway, opened in 2008) and the Pharaoh, opened in 2005, as well as the SK Royal Hotel (opened in 2012). In 2014 Tashir began work on its first residential project in the region, the comfort-class Sokolniki complex in Frunzensky district with combined area of over 270K sq m.
