Tashir Group will continue its traditon of support of the Moscow Urban Forum, organized by the Government of Moscow. Tashir will serve as the forum’s Special Partner, and the event title this year is Moscow as a Dynamic Metropolis: Flexible Management Practices. The forum will be held on the 16th and 17th of October in the capital’s central exhibition hall Manege.

The Moscow Urban Forum is an important international conference on city-building, architecture, urban economics and planning, where possibilities and challenges to modern metropolises are discussed and their perspectives debated from the point of view of managers and economists as well as city residents.

This is the fifth consecutive year of Tashir Group’s participation and support for the event. This time the business program will feature presentation of an Economics of Urban Space: Hidden Resources study, agreed upon at the 2014 forum by Tashir and Skolkovo Business School’s Urbanistics Center. One of the main topics of the study is the role development and the real estate sector play in the expansion and innovation of Russian cities.

Andrey Sharonov, Dean of the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo, will explain the study’s results during the panel discussion Russian Cities and Territories: New Challenges and New Answers.

Tashir will also sponsor a number of sessions of the business program, including Health Care in the Capital: New Horizons and the Search for Effective Decisions, Russian Cities and Territories: New Challenges and New Answers, Changing the Model of Residents’ Transportation Behavior in a Modern Metropolis, The Street: a Transition Zone or a Social Living Space?, The City Continues on the Internet: the Online-Offline Borderland, Moscow’s Cultural and  Event Infrastructure: Perspectives and Resources for Growth, Development of the Industrial and Investment Potential of Moscow.

Each of these subjects stands in a direct relation to Tashir Group’s involvement in landscaping and infrastructural improvement, efforts to upgrade the city’s image, creation of modern, technologically advanced residential, commercial, cultural and medical objects to the latest and highest standards in the industry.
