According to Kommersant newspaper, Tashir Group is the most active retail property developer in Russia: in 2012, Tashir opened six shopping centres totalling 360 thousand square metres with an additional nine properties to be opened by 2013.

Tashir Group has signed a contract with McDonald's to open a 420 sq m restaurant in Tambov’s RIO Mall.
