Tambov’s First-Ever McDonald’s To Open in RIO Mall

Tashir Group has signed a contract with McDonald's to open a 420 sq m restaurant in Tambov’s RIO Mall.The 30,000 sq m GBA mall is under construction in Sovetskaya Street, Tambov's main artery, in immediate vicinity of the Central Park and the Tsna River embankment.

That said, the object will have perfect visibility and transport access. According to experts’ preliminary data, daily footfall will total up to 20,000 people.The shopping gallery will feature about 120 stores by leading fashion operators, both federal and international. Tambov’s RIO Mall will become the town’s first conceptual shopping and entertainment centre with extended entertainment zone and an own ground-level parking lot.
RIO Mall in Tambov is scheduled to open in Q3 2013.
