Forbes (Issue #10, 2021) has included Tashir Group in its 2021 Russia’s 200 Largest Private Russia list as No. 53.

The 2021 Armenian Business Forum (ABF), a large-scale event which will reinvigorate economic growth, create new investment opportunities in Armenia and support young entrepreneurs, has taken place in Yerevan. The event was organized by the Armenian Business Association with support from Tashir Group.

This year, Tashir Group continued strengthening its positions in core business areas and building its portfolio.

After completing its periodic review, Moody's has confirmed its Ba2 corporate family rating for Electric Networks of Armenia, which is part of Tashir Group. The rating is unprecedented in Armenia and the entire region. It is one notch higher than that of Armenia (Ba3).

Cascade Holding Company (part of Tashir Group) has opened an innovative digital energy center in Kaluga. The center will focus on research, design and production for high-tech energy-efficient projects. The initial investment amounted to 1.3 billion rubles.

On April 1, acting Kaluga governor Vladislav Shapsha visited Cascade Holding Company (part of Tashir Group) facilities in the city.

Tashir Group has closed a deal to buy a 90% stake in International Energy Corporation, which operates the Sevan-Hrazdan Cascade, from RusHydro.

This year, Tashir Group continued strengthening its positions in core business areas. The group’s total revenue in 2019 amounted to 181 billion rubles.

On December 5, Tashir Group made an agreement to purchase a stake in International Energy Company (owner of the Sevan-Hrazdan Cascade) from RusHydro subsidiary Hydroinvest. Tashir acquired 527,085 IEC shares for 172.96 million rubles.

The 2019 International Power Grids Forum opened in Moscow on December 3. The annual event hosted by Rosseti is a platform for discussing and resolving the key issues of digital transformation in the power sector.
