Tashir Group is designing a new multipurpose center in Moscow at 57 Lyusinovskaya St.
The new complex will replace the derelict building of the Pobeda movie theater, which was built in the 1960s and has been out of operation for over 20 years. Now it will be replaced with a modern complex, which will include a screening facility. The new center will have a total area of 27,000 square meters.
The complex will be designed as an organic element of the urban environment. The project includes landscaping works on adjacent areas, with summer pavilions and a promenade.
The new multipurpose center will be located within a short walking distance of the Tulskaya subway station. For visitors’ convenience, it will include an underground parking garage.
