Samvel Karapetyan tops the list of influential figures

Samvel Karapetyan, the founder and president of Tashir Group, headed the list of the most influential owners of commercial real estate in Russia, published in the annual special issue of the key industry publication - CRE-100.

As a result of the Group's dominance in commercial real estate for 2014 – and the beginning of 2015, Samvel Karapetyan retained the leadership in the ranking for the second year running.

Vitaly Yefimkin, vice president of Tashir Group, rose one position from 2014 and took 6th place of most influential figures among commercial real estate developers.

The new annual rankings of the Commercial Real Estate CRE-100 are calibrated on the basis of performance and merit of the individual and the company in 2014 – and the beginning of 2015. Traditionally, the rankings are presented over 11 columns, each representing the most influential in a particular category, from administration to management throughout 100 leading professionals in the Russian commercial real estate market.
