Tashir will construct the largest residential complex in New Moscow

Tashir Group will build a multifunctional residential complex, with a total area of 417,445 square metres, near the Skolkovo microdistrict in New Moscow. The new complex will include business-class accommodation, as well as social infrastructure, retail and office space. All stages of the project are being financed through Tashir's internal resources. The volume of investment will amount to approximately 1.5 billion dollars. The completion of construction and commissioning of the complex are scheduled for 2018.

The multifunctional residential complex is strategically located between the Mozhaisk and Skolkovo highways, in close proximity to the Moscow Ring Road and Skolkovo - one of the most rapidly developing Moscow neighbourhoods. The project includes a business-class residential complex, with an area of 250,000 square metres, commercial and office space (150,000 square metres), and social infrastructure: a kindergarten (6,750 square metres) for 338 children and a school (10,695 square metres) accommodating 775 pupils. The project also includes the creation of car parks, with a total area of 4,000 square metres.

A new project of a multifunctional complex will be another decisive step for the Group towards the development of the New Moscow territories, and will perfectly fit into the concept of its multi-polar development".

Currently, the company is actively working on the design of the multifunctional complex. Within four months, Tashir is planning to commence the construction.
