Tashir Group has raised funds for the refinancing of the Raikin Plaza shopping centre. The lender is Raiffeisenbank. The sum of the transaction amounts to 170 million US dollars, the loan term is 7 years. Also, the raised funds will be directed to the optimisation of the credit portfolio of the Group and the development of the new projects.

The Raikin Plaza shopping centre was included in the portfolio of Tashir Group in 2011 as the Moscow Centre of Culture, Leisure and Arts named after Arkady Raikin. The shopping complex with a total area of 70 000 square metres is located near the Maryina Rosha metro station. The tenants of Raikin Plaza are leading operators of Russian and international retail, including Perekrestok, Eldorado, Korablik, H&M, Marks & Spencer, Henderson, Lacoste, Guess, Marella, IL Patio, sushi planet, Shokoladnitsa and many others.
