Tashir Group has completed construction of the KVARTAL WEST multipurpose complex at 6 Aminyevskoye Shosse in western Moscow. Moscow’s construction oversight committee has issued an operating permit for the complex.
The new multipurpose complex of 125,000 sq.m. consists of a six-story shopping mall, two 22-story towers and an underground parking garage.
Tashir Group has built this modern multipurpose complex in place of an abandoned construction project.
The official opening ceremony has been postponed due to the coronavirus outbreak. The date will be announced later.
