Tashir is listed among Russia’s top developers

Forbes has included Tashir Group in its Russia’s Top 20 Real Estate Developers rankings (Issue #11, 2020). The group is ranked fifth in the business class category.

As estimated by the business magazine, Tashir’s residential real estate division, which focuses primarily on business class projects in Moscow, generated 21.6 billion rubles in revenue in 2019 and H1 2020.

“Samvel Karapetyan’s Tashir Group brings together about 200 companies in various sectors of the economy. In March, the group delivered a large-scale project, Kvartal West, on Aminyevskoye Shosse. Its current projects include Stellar City in Skolkovo, Onyx Deluxe in southwestern Moscow, and redevelopment of Cogeneration Plant No. 7 on Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment,” Forbes writes.

This is the second time that the magazine publishes its rankings for residential real estate developers. This year’s rankings are based on revenue for 2019 and H1 2020. Developers are divided into three categories: the mass segment, business class and elite housing.
