Tashir Group has kept its spot among Russia’s Top 200 private companies, an annual ranking by Forbes (see Issue #10, 2020). Companies are ranked based on their revenue in 2019.
This year, Tashir is ranked #51 with 181 billion rubles in revenue, moving up six places from last year. The group is now the highest-ranked Russian developer in commercial real estate.
“Over the past 21 years, the company has implemented 67 projects, building a total of 2.5 million square meters of real estate. In 2020, Tashir closed the deal purchasing a 90% stake in International Energy Corporation, Armenia’s largest producer, from RusHydro. The group also won the contract to build a number of transport hubs in Moscow and expanded its retail chains,” Forbes writes.
