Samvel Karapetyan moves up in Forbes rankings of the 200 richest Russian businessmen

Tashir Group President Samvel Karapetyan is now ranked 30th in the Forbes list of the 200 richest Russian businessmen. According to the list, Samvel Karapetyan’s wealth grew by 8% last year, reaching to $3.7 billion.

“In the spring of 2017, Samvel Karapetyan joined the Investors Club of Armenia, which plans to invest over $3.2 billion in the country,” Forbes reports.

The list ranks Russia’s 200 wealthiest businessmen based on their worth last year. Samvel Karapetyan has been listed since 2011, climbing 33 spots up over the years.
