Tashir Opens a Shopping Gallery in Sochi

A new shopping gallery was officially opened within Grand Marina multifunctional complex in Sochi. The project was fully realized by Tashir Group, with investments totaling approx. USD 35 mln.

Tashir started development of the shopping gallery in October 2012, within major city reconstruction for the 2014 Winter Olympics. The new object is located within walking distance of the city centre. Today, Grand Marina is a classical-styled gallery perfectly matching the surrounding architecture. The name was inspired by its location at the water front, close to the yacht port with modern infrastructure along Nesebrskaya Street.

The new three-level Grand Marina gallery with 10K sq m GBA hosts 32 medium to medium-plus category stores. Tenants include global fashion industry leaders, i.e. Sauvage Sochi multi brand store featuring brands like Uma Wang, Rochas, Delpozо, and Thom Brown; Petit Paris shop with See by Chloe and Sonia Rykiel; men’s clothes boutiques of worldwide-famous Italian brands to include Kiton, Castello D’oro, and Enrico Cerini. Some of the other outlets are jewellery by Roberto Bravo, Pandora, Swarovski; Imperia Detstva premium class boutique of kids’ clothes; the city’s first Molecule boutique of selective perfumes; and many more.  

The shopping gallery also includes a new, large-scale D.O.M. restaurant project covering 2K+ sq m and offering a unique panoramic view of the Marina, one of the city’s best sights also constructed by Tashir Group in 2014, within the Sochi 2014 project.

Grand Marina shopping gallery is part of Grand Marina multifunctional complex with the GBA of approx. 20K sq m. The project realized by Tashir Group for the 2014 Winter Olympics also includes an exhibition and presentation complex to host national and international expos, business and cultural events. In February 2014, the complex was used as one of the Olympic press centres.
