Tashir maintains its leading positions in the area of commercial real estate in Russia

According to RBC Market Research and based on 2012 year-end results, Tashir Group is in second place in the rating of Russian retail chains. This report was prepared by INFOLine news and analytics agency.
“Over the past year, six new shopping centres were opened in Russia with the total area nearing 360 thousand square metres. Therefore, as of the beginning of 2013, Tashir Group owns 1.38 million square metres of retail space,” notes the report.

As of today, Tashir Group has built and manages over 60 commercial properties. The total area of all properties that are currently operating, under construction, or being designed is over 4.5 million square metres. Tashir companies are responsible for the entire project cycle, starting from design and completing with commissioning and operation. Tashir Group operates in over 47 locations in Russia and the CIS.

The RIO Shopping Centre that opened on Leninsky prospekt on June 21st has become the 27th shopping and entertainment centre that belongs to Tashir.
