Inauguration of SK Royal Hotel in Yaroslavl

This August 3, Yaroslavl saw the grand opening of SK Royal Hotel. Tashir Group was the single executor of all project realization stages. It designed and constructed the hotel and will now proceed to manage it.
SK Royal in Yaroslavl became the 7th operating hotel project in Tashir’s portfolio, and its 2nd SK Royal Hotel. Project investments totaled 50 million USD.

The ceremony was attended by Sergey N. Yastrebov, Governor of Yaroslavl region; Evgeny R. Urlashov, Mayor of Yaroslavl; Panteleimon, Metropolitan of Yaroslavl and Rostov; Tigran V. Kazaryan, Vice President of Tashir; and Sergey G. Kalinin, General Director of OOO Promstroymontazh.

Sergey Yastrebov noted: “The new hotel located in the city centre, where all the touristic infrastructure is, will definitely be popular with Yaroslavl guests coming to us to learn about our culture. The hotel will also benefit business travellers. Yaroslavl hosts a vast variety of business events, all scales. SK Royal with two conference halls will make a perfect site for many of them.”

SK Royal Hotel with 20,000 sq.m. GBA is located in an unpolluted area on the bank of Kotorosl River, in a parking zone in close vicinity of Yaroslavl historical centre.SK Royal offers a wide choice of modern, comfortable rooms. Its guests can enjoy 153 rooms of five categories: standard, studio, suite, de luxe suite, presidential suite. De luxe suites and the presidential suite have access to a terrace with a wonderful view of the historical centre and Kotoroslnaya Embankment.

SK Royal is the first hotel in Yaroslavl offering the full spectrum of services for comfortable recreation. Beside the modern rooms, it features a fitness centre, a spa salon, a restaurant to seat 170 guests, two conference halls to seat 70 and 90 people, and a meeting room for 10 to 15 people. The hotel has a secure ground parking for 100 cars, and an underground 30 car parking lot. SK Royal is qualified as a four-star hotel but it will probably later re-qualify to five stars; experts claim its potential is very high.
