Tashir Group makes it to Forbes’ top landlords list

Forbes Magazine has published its annual line-up of the largest owners of commercial real estate in Russia. Tashir Group with USD 130 mln revenue, twice more than last year, has risen four places to the 8th position from the top.

The Forbes ratings used data on companies’ maximum potential revenue from rent in 2008. The top-landlords list has appeared every year since 2005 and shows that the commercial real estate market in the country has been growing continuously. According to Forbes, in 2008 the 30 largest landlords together earned USD 4.8 bln—compare to 1.8 bln in 2005.
