Forbes magazine has published the commercial real estate holders rating of Russia. The president of Tashir Group Samvel Karapetyan ranks third in the list of the largest rentiers. "In 2011 Tashir Group bought 7 real estate projects. The total amount of investment into these projects exceed $1 bil", - said in Forbes magazine.

Looking back since the start of the crisis the holding was involved in 19 real estate projects. Currently the amount of projects implemented by the group exceed 1 750 000 sq m.
