In December 2011 Tashir Group Commercial real estate department started active lease of trade and leisure centers on Leninskiy  Avenue and Sheremetievskaya Str.

Mall on Leninskiy is being built on the border of Moscow's Southwestern and Western Districts with more then 2.2 million people and the most prestigious of the Russian capital.

This shopping mall's advantageous location at the intersection of one of the capital's busiest highways  – Leninskiy Avenue – with Obrucheva Street ensures excellent transpport accessibility.

The total area of 5-storey complex is 76,000 sq m, the leasable area is 35,000 sq m. The project's concept provides housing of major anchor tenants (a food hypermarket and a DIY hypermarket), a shopping gallery, and an entertainment area which consists of a modern multiplex and two-storey food court.
