Tashir Group was recognized as the developer of the year

On July the 2nd in Saint-Petersburg took place 2010 Commercial Real Estate Saint-Petersburg and Federal Awards gala ceremony where Tashir Group was awarded as the “Developer of the year”.

Commercial Real Estate Awards was established in 2003 at the initiative of the sectorial business society and approved itself as one of the most important and prestigious events in the industry of commercial real estate. The laureates of the award are chosen by the jury consisting of leading experts and specialists of the market. The victory in “Commercial Real Estate Awards” is measured by the professional community as an important accomplishment that will advance the company on the Russian and international level.

Alongsite with the preestablished realization of the formerly claimed projects, Tashir Group extensively participated in M&A deals for a total we have purchased eight objects in commercial and residential real estate in Moscow, wherein will be invested more than $1 billion”, - noticed Irina Kagramanova, the PR Director of Tashir Group when she accepted award.

Alongside with the nomination “Developer of the year” for which Tashir Group was awarded with a “Golden Brick”, holding company accepted another award for its trade centre RIO in Belgorod, which was nominated as the best “Medium Shopping Centre”.
