Trade and leisure centre RIO as the best “Medium Shopping Centre”

On July the 2nd in Saint-Petersburg took place 2010 Commercial Real Estate Saint-Petersburg and Federal Awards gala ceremony. Trade and leisure centre RIO in Belgorod was awarded as the best “Medium Shopping Centre”.

Commercial Real Estate Awards was established in 2003 at the initiative of the sectorial business society and approved itself as one of the most important and prestigious events in the industry of commercial real estate, where only the best projects in their class meeting the requirements modern demands of commercial real estate development can be awarded equipment.

This year all together 103 projects took part in the contest, three of them reached the final of the nomination “Medium Shopping Centre”: PA-NA-MA Tyumen (developer – Ovental Group), CLOVER CITY CENTER Kaliningrad (developer – Clover Group), RIO Belgorod (developer – Tashir Group), the latter awarded as the best “Medium Shopping Centre”.

During the ceremony was noticed, that RIO has become the first fully featured retail and leisure centre in Belgorod designed and built in accordance with international standards.

Alongside with the nomination “Medium Shopping Centre” which Tashir Group was awarded for its trade centre RIO in Belgorod with a “Golden Brick, holding company accepted another award as “The developer of the year”.
