Tashir Group has acquired a regular project in the sphere of residential real estate

Tashir Group has started the construction of a regular multifunctional residential complex on the south-west of Moscow. The construction process of this object, owned by OAO AKB Eurofinance Mosnarbank, was stopped for a year and half and continued only after Tashir purchased rhe complex.

The multifunctional residential complex Dirizhabl is located on Profsoyuznaya St., domains 64-66, its total area is 100 000 square meters. The project consists of one residential 40 story housing, which places 444 apartments, trade and office premises, and an underground parking lot. At the present moment the object is at the last stage of construction, the construction of the 20th level is already completed. Total investments, including the project purchase price, amount $150 million.

Dirizhabl is the third project for Tashir Group in the sphere of residential real estate in Moscow. In 2009 the group has acquired residential complexes Gazoil City to the south-west and Kronshtadtsky to the north of the capital.
