Sales of apartments of the residential complex Gazoil City have been started

Sales of apartments of the residential complex Gazoil City which is being built at the intersection of Nametkina and Khersonskaya streets have been started. There are premium-class apartments of 42 - 230 square meters in area offered for sale, they are priced from $ 12 000 per square meter. In total, the complex will dispose of 827 apartments with the number of rooms from 1 to 6.

Currently, the construction of Gazoil City is in active phase: the construction of the third level of the first building (31-storey residential building) is almost completed, the basement of the underground parking in the second building (building of a variable number of storeys) is being filled, the trench under the building No 5 (shopping center) is being excavated.

 Gazoil City mixed-use residential complex is located in South-western part of Moscow, next to business centre Gazoil Plaza, in the new business area, which evolved around the headquarters of Gazprom. The total area of this complex which contains 6 buildings is 207, sq m.
