March 1, 2012 in Kaluga will be the opening of shopping center «Rio», built by the group of companies «TASHIR». In the celebration event will be attended by the mayor of Kaluga Nikolai Polezhaev and vice president of TASHIR group Artak Evoyan.

Forbes magazine has published the commercial real estate holders rating of Russia. The president of Tashir Group Samvel Karapetyan ranks third in the list of the largest rentiers. "In 2011 Tashir Group bought 7 real estate projects.

The gala opening of the trade and leisure center RIO, built by Tashir Group took place in Yaroslavl on July 8, 2011. First deputy governor of the Yaroslavl region Vladimir Kovalchuk, deputy governor of the Yaroslavl region Andrey Epanishnikov, mayor of Yaroslavl Victor Volonchunas, vice president of Tashir Group Tigran Kazaryan were participants of the event.

The Jury of Commercial Real Estate Federal Awards 2011 has unveiled a list of finalists. RIO in Tula has become one of them in nomination “small shopping centre”.

“Alcotek-regions” project will be start in Alcotek Company from June, 2011. Project means actively expanding regional offices network and opening wholesale and retail sales centers in all major cities in Russia, including Novosibirsk, Krasnodar and St. Petersburg.
