This year, Tashir Group is once again included in the Russian Real Estate Kings rankings put together by Forbes (Issue #2, 2021). The group, founded and led by its President Samvel Karapetyan, is ranked second among Russia’s top renters.

The rankings are based on the overall lease revenue from the commercial real estate owned by the companies. Forbes estimates that Tashir, with its 2.5 million square meters of real estate, netted $585 million in 2020.

“In 2020, Tashir opened three new facilities: the Kvartal West complex in Moscow (140,000 sq.m.), the Family Room furniture center in Arkhangelsk and the SK Plaza mall/office building in Kaluga,” Forbes reports.

Forbes has been publishing its Russian Real Estate Kings rankings since 2004. Tashir Group has been invariably listed among Russia’s top renters for the last 14 years.
