Tashir Group will construct a multifunctional complex on the site of one of the most famous stalled construction projects in Moscow - the Aminyevskoye highway sports centre. Tashir's multifunctional complex with a total area of about 125,000 square metres includes retail, office space, and apartments.

The commissioning is planned for the end of 2015. Tashir Group has invested 100 million USD in purchase of the sports centre, which had been frozen since 2001. Construction of a sports complex on the Aminyevskoye highway was approved in 1997 in preparation for the World Youth Games. The project was due to be completed in late 2000; but in 2001 construction was halted. In 2014, the existing building will be demolished; and next year a modern complex will be developed on its site.

Andrey Ilyaev, vice-president of Tashir: "Tashir Group already has successful experience in reconstruction of long-term projects in Moscow. We intend to repeat our success in the development of a multifunctional complex on the Aminyevskoye highway, giving the city a new facility with an interesting concept." In 2011, Tashir Group was awarded a project to complete the Centre for Culture, Arts and Leisure named after A. Raykin, a long-term project of the capital since 2004, and began its re-construction. In 2013, the company completed the building and put into operation all components of the Centre, including: a school of performing arts, a high-tech outdoor theatre, a shopping centre, and surrounding parkland.
