December 26 in Sochi Russian government officials on behalf of the President Vladimir Putin awarded Samvel Karapetyan a commemorative medal and a letter of thanks for his significant contributions to preparation and hosting of the ХХII Winter Olympics and XI Winter Paralympics.

Russia's largest construction and industrial conglomerate - Tashir Group - presents its year end activities in key areas for 2014. The group's total investments amounted to 960 million U.S. dollars.

Tashir Group has become a partner of the charity festival for little patients of Morozov Children’s City Clinical Hospital (Morozovka), one of Russia’s oldest and best-known healthcare facilities.The festival initiated by the hospital’s Board of Trustees and supported by Moscow’s Healthcare Department will be held in its territory until January 18, 2015.

Within the framework of Moscow Urban Forum IV, Tashir Group and the Urban Studies Centre of the SKOLKOVO business school have signed an agreement of intent to conduct research aimed at the development of Moscow's real estate policy.

Tashir Group acted as a partner to an open charity auction organised by the Federation Fund, the fees from which will be used to purchase specialised medical and technical equipment for NGOs in Russia. Tashir Group will be the general contractor for the construction of a new perinatal-cardiology centre with a total area of 51,700 square metres in the North-Western administrative district of Moscow. The centre is currently in the preparatory construction stages, with completion planned for 2017.

FORA-BANK JSB has entered the annual ranking of 'Top-200 Russian banks by net assets' as defined by the Kommersant publishing house. According to the ranking published in its weekly magazine 'Kommersant-Money' (issue No 46; 24.11.2014), the Bank was ranked 104th with assets amounting to 41,169,433 thousand roubles (as of October 1, 2014).

RIO shopping centres, the largest chain in Russia, is expanding its presence and entering the Armenian market with a new project in Yerevan. The shopping centre will be constructed by Tashir Group, the leading developer of commercial real estate in Russia, that has traditionally been the single contractor at all stages of project development.
