Two city transport routes coincide right in front of the RIO entrance; there are bus and trolleybus stops there as well. A nearby parking can hold more than 300 cars. The anchor tenants of the mall are a Spar grocery supermarket (1,900 sq m), a two-hall Cinema Star (1,400) seating 150 spectators in each hall, Nash Dom DIY supermarket (1,900 sq m) and Eldorado electronics and home appliances (2,200 sq m).
