Dirizhabl stands to the south-west of the capital, on the intersection of Profsoyuznaya and Nametkina streets .The complex is a 40-story building with 100,000 sq. m. total area, which places 444 apartments, trade and office premises, an underground parking lot.
The object features by an unusual architecture - its top floors are made in a form of a blimp (in Russian: dirizhabl). In 2004 the complex was recognized as “The most interesting architectural consept” of a competition on the best project of a residential house “New house-2004”.
